My name is Emilia! I am a 26-year-old secondary school teacher who is passionate about education. My background is in history, but at present, I teach a broader range of humanities subjects, which includes Geography, Religious Studies, and Citizenship. Growing up in a family of four, I have always appreciated the importance of family bonds. My mother's side of the family has German Jewish heritage, and they have always emphasized that whenever there is family gathered together, there must be good food to share!

Like most people, I have baked all my life on and off whenever I felt like it. I have only started to properly bake since moving into my own house though, in April 2024.
